2. Service Description and Use

We provide digital software licenses and digital goods. The nature of the product is fully digital and non-tangible. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You must not use our digital products for any unauthorized or illegal activity.

3. User Account and Obligations

When you register or use our panel, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are manually responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Purchases & Payments

Measurements and payments are processed via our authorized gateway partner, PayU. By making a payment, you represent and warrant that you are legally authorized to use the chosen payment method (UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit card, Wallets). Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Fraud and Abuse

Any fraudulent behavior, attempts to manipulate our payment processing gateway, chargeback fraud, or use of illicit funds will lead to immediate key revocation, account termination, and reporting to the respective payment gateway (PayU) and law enforcement authorities.

6. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall RHYNO MODS, its owner, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or use of, the website and its digital products.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India for any disputes arising out of these Terms.

8. Shipping and Delivery Policy

As our business exclusively sells digital software license keys and no physical goods, no physical shipping occurs. The delivery of your purchased digital key is entirely automated and digital. You will receive your key instantly on your screen via the web dashboard immediately after your payment is marked as successful.

9. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be immediately effective upon posting within the panel.
