Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Philosophy

At RHYNO MODS, our products are non-tangible, strictly digital goods (software licenses/keys). Because of the nature of digital goods, we generally do not offer sweeping refunds once a digital key is successfully generated and delivered to you after a successful payment via the PayU gateway.

2. Refund Approval Conditions

We understand that genuine issues occur. Therefore, all refund requests are manually verified by our team. You are eligible for a refund or replacement only under the following conditions:

  • The delivered digital key is fundamentally flawed, inactive, or corrupt prior to your usage.
  • You raise a complaint/support ticket within 24 to 48 hours of purchase.
  • Our internal system logs confirm that the key was never successfully activated on any device.

3. Refund Processing Turnaround

If your refund request is authorized and approved by the administrator, the refund process will be initiated immediately. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, Card, Wallets) within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank's processing speeds and PayU's clearance cycles.

4. Cancellation Policy

If you have initiated a payment but abandon the page or intentionally cancel the transaction before payment completion, no key will be generated, and your order will automatically be cancelled. Once a payment is successfully processed and the digital good is instantly delivered, the order cannot be arbitrarily cancelled by the user.

5. Payment Failures & Pending Transactions

If the funds are deducted from your bank but our gateway flags the transaction as "Pending" or "Failed" and does not issue a key:

  • Do not panic. PayU or your respective bank will automatically reconcile the transaction.
  • If failed, the deducted money will be auto-refunded to your source account within 3-5 business days according to standard RBI banking guidelines.
  • We hold no control over banking reversal structures for failed transactions verified out of our hands.
